Terms and Conditions
1. Hotel guests may redeem eGift Cards for the full amount of accommodation during their stay in Tribu Group hotels or flats, redemption of the amount is subject to availability and restrictions and/or minimum stays at the time of booking.
2. Guests who are not staying at the property may also redeem eGift Cards for Spa or Golf services at the hotel. Please contact the hotel for further details.
3. Gift Cards are redeemable for any "pay at the hotel" rate available through the website of the hotel or flat you wish to redeem at, excluding negotiated rates. Negotiated rates (including volume, group, contracted, agency or other rates that have been pre-negotiated and agreed in writing, whether paid as a group or individually) are not eligible for redemption of Gift Cards.
4. The local exchange rate will be used to calculate the value of your voucher.
5. E-Gift Cards can be used for more than one transaction; the amount paid will be subtracted from the total amount of the voucher.
6. E-gift cards can be combined with other payment methods. Charges in excess of the value accrued on the voucher may be settled with all major credit cards accepted at the hotel or resort.
7. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value until redeemed.
8. Grupo Tribu and its hotels and flats are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of e-gift cards.
9. E-gift cards are not transferable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, raffled, promised or promoted as an incentive or prize by a third party as a lure for other persons or entities to participate in commercial or other arrangements with a third party. If an electronic gift card is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be considered legal and will not be valid.
10. Cards are valid for 12 months. Please refer to your eGift Card for specific validity information. We regret that we are unable to extend the validity of the voucher under any circumstances.
11. Grupo Tribu may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Amendments will be effective immediately.
